OUR VISION Greater SWLA Black Chamber of Commerce envisions a community of friendly interdependent relationships with diverse cultural, economic and educational opportunities to create an unparalleled quality of life. OUR MISSION Greater SWLA Black Chamber of Commerce is structured to economically empower and sustain African American communities through entrepreneurship and capitalistic activity within the community. OUR FOCUS Greater Southwest Louisiana Black Chamber of Commerce (GSLBCC) is a nonprofit 501c3 organization based in Lafayette, Louisiana organized to advance and protect the general welfare and prosperity of African American owned businesses throughout Southwest Louisiana. OUR LEADERSHIP Greater Southwest Louisiana Black Chamber of Commerce (GSLBCC) serves as the Louisiana delegate for the National Black Chamber of Commerce. Our chapter serves the following parishes: Acadia, Allen, Assumption, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Evangeline, Iberia, Jefferson Davis, Lafayette, Lafourche, St. James, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, Terrebonne and Vermillion.
